Northwind Studio
Senior Product Designer
confident · medium
Dear Northwind Studio hiring team, When I read the Senior Product Designer brief, the first thing that struck me was how closely it mirrors the work I’m built to do. As Senior Product Designer, I led the redesign of the performance review flow, lifting completion rate from 61% to 88% across 4,200 customers. As Senior Product Designer, I built and maintained the design system used by 14 designers and 40 engineers, cutting new-feature build time by ~30%. As Senior Product Designer, I ran a quarterly research program surfacing 12+ synthesis insights that redirected the 2024 roadmap. I’d bring that same systems-first, ship-it posture to the Senior Product Designer role. I’d love to talk through where Northwind Studio is headed and where I can push it. Thank you for your time, Maya Okonkwo
